She has a strong track record of designing and implementing research projects, improving data quality, and supporting evidence-based decision-making across district, provincial, and national levels.

Currently an Associate Professor in the School of Built Environment and Development Studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, he also serves as Director of Uniworks Consulting.
a dedicated and ambitious legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Advanced Criminal Law at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for the legal field, She has developed a robust skill set in litigation support, legal drafting, legal research, and advisory work.

BTGSA aims to contribute to regional dialogues on youth development, land access, health equity, and structural poverty alleviation.
